Single Account Policy

Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a bonus of up to 120% up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example — depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount. For example — if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳24,000 in value before withdrawing the bonus funds.

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit; any unused bonus will be cancelled at the end of that period.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus terms are met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.

VIP Program

The ggbet VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback differs at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% weekly cashback at Platinum. Promotions are based on playing volume and activity.

ggbet is a fair play platform. All games are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method to ensure neutral and balanced outcomes.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are considered final. After the match result is announced, winnings will be automatically credited to your account.

Casino Games

The game provider's own rules apply to live casino, slots, and other games. The rules for each game are described within the game itself.

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection, the game will be settled according to the last saved state.
• In any dispute, ggbet's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Providing false identity or age information
• Abusing bonuses or violating bonus terms
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Collusion or conspiring with other players
• Attempting money laundering or illegal transactions
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party

ggbet strives to provide uninterrupted service to the best of its ability. However, ggbet does not accept liability in the following cases:

Voluntary Account Closure
